one of the best parts about cooking at home - wearing my Anthropologie apron that is just as much of an accessory as my jewelry - a great treat when guests come over too


the final product - our chicken tikka masala turned out amazing and with garnishes of plain yogurt and cilantro if felt like a dish out of a magazine




the tikka masala sauce as it started to simmer -
it took about 30 minutes just sitting there to get the flavors just right



The first step in Jamie Oliver's tikka masala dish was two onions, chile, ginger and cilantro - my first time working with ginger and boy, does it make a difference!
